ABOUT US //

Program-Studios is a Chicago-based creative agency specializing in creative direction, strategy, and marketing. Our work is grounded in a cultural shift we’ve observed since 2020: people are moving away from traditional product consumption and toward meaningful, shared experiences. We build initiatives that meet that shift—connecting businesses and creatives with their communities in ways that resonate and last.

This year, our team has (i) supported the launch of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit for local creatives, (ii) curated an anti-AI art exhibition spotlighting the human touch in art, and (iii) produced a fashion show debuting a client’s third collection. We operate at the intersection of business and art, committed to intentional, community-centered growth.

Program is dedicated to uplifting the artistic community and giving back. We donate portions of all sales to local charities, such as Youth Guidance and After School Matters, to support youth development and the arts. Our vision is to create lasting change through community outreach, hosting events that unite artists and the greater community, and establishing Program Grants to fund impactful artists and creative projects.

Cam Gasser is a Chicago-based artist, designer, and founder of Program Studios. His practice spans oil painting, architecture, and graphic design, each rooted in an ongoing exploration of human touch, community, civil rights, and the natural world. Cam's work reflects a belief that art is not just expressive but reparative—something capable of healing what institutions and governments have long neglected.

Program Studios functions as a creative machine for the community, built on the idea that access to art can reshape lives. Cam founded the studio with a commitment to inspiring young people, opening their minds to new possibilities, and offering constructive alternatives to the pressures and pathways of the streets. He sees creativity as a birthright, a force that belongs to everyone and can strengthen neighborhoods from the inside out.

Through his paintings, designs, and community-driven projects, Cam aims to cultivate belonging, connection, and shared agency—demonstrating how art can act as both a mirror and a tool for collective growth.

Nia Weems is a creative strategist and designer whose work lives at the crossroads of finance, culture, and storytelling. After building her career in corporate finance, she developed a talent for understanding how businesses think, what motivates them, what challenges them, and how they grow.

She channels that perspective into her creative practice, crafting narrative-driven concepts, fashion pieces, and visual ideas that carry emotional depth and cultural resonance. Her process merges discipline with experimentation, giving brands and collaborators work that’s grounded, intentional, and fresh.

Nia moves with clarity and curiosity, using creativity as a tool to connect people, shape conversations, and make meaning.

Christopher Robles is the kind of creative reshaping Chicago’s fashion landscape from the inside out. His work lives at the intersection of style, sustainability, and urban culture—rooted in a belief that clothing should function with purpose while carrying the weight of real storytelling.

With a trained eye for silhouette and texture, Christopher specializes in upcycling and small-batch production, translating everyday materials into thoughtful, modern essentials. His vision is direct: build garments that reflect the rhythm of city life—clean lines, deliberate construction, and a quiet sophistication that speaks louder than trends.

What sets him apart is his ability to move fluidly between artistry and strategy. He understands brand identity as much as he understands cut and drape, making him a rare hybrid: a designer who can craft the narrative and the product. Whether developing ready-to-wear collections or aligning with lifestyle brands, he brings clarity, intention, and an elevated aesthetic to every collaboration.

Christopher isn’t simply designing clothes—he’s building a language for how today’s creatives want to show up in the world.
